1、 负责公司采购工作，包括：询价、比价、签订采购合同、验收、评估及反馈汇总工作；

2、 负责对供应商进行评估、认证、管理及考核；

3、 完善公司采购制度，制定并优化采购流程；

4、 控制采购质量与成本，制定采购计划及相关预算；

5、 负责供应商的账务处理、核对账目等；

6、 负责设备资产管理工作；

任职资格：

1. 大专以上学历；

2. 具有采购医疗设备、医疗物流和供应链系统的经相关经验；

3. 熟悉手术室设备及耗材者优先考虑；

4. 具有较强的谈判能力，具有较强的文字能力，信息、资料收集、归纳、整理能力；

5. 了解医疗器械、医疗设备行业的发展趋势及相关法律法规；

6. 具有良好部门内和跨部门的组织和协调能力，并具有较强的沟通谈判能力。

Job Duties:

1. In charge of the company's procurement work, including inquiry, price comparison, and procurement contract signing, acceptance, evaluation and feedback summary.

2. In charge of supplier evaluation, certification, management and assessment.

3. Improve the company's procurement system, develop and optimize the procurement process.

4. Control purchasing quality and cost, make purchasing plan and relative budget.

5. In charge of supplier's account processing, accounts checking, etc.

6. In charge of equipment asset management.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above

2. Experience in purchasing medical equipment, medical logistics and supply chain systems

3. Familiar with operating room equipment and consumables is preferred

4. Strong negotiation ability, strong writing ability, ability to collect, summarizes and organizes information and materials

5. Understand the development trend of medical devices and medical equipment industry and relevant laws and regulations

6. Good ability to organize and coordinate within and across departments, and good communication and negotiation skills
