1、建立完善公司财务政策及财务管控体系。

2、组织制定财务方面的管理制度及有关规定，并监督执行。

3、制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度财务计划。

4、负责编辑及组织实施财务预算报告，月、季、年度财务报告，绩效奖励政策。

5、负责公司全面的资金调配，成本核算、合计核算和分析工作。

6、对公司经营目标进行财务描述，定期审核计量经营风险并提交报告，建立财务内控制度，核算流程和规范，并监督执行。

7、参与公司经营销售策划，包括提供成本费用收益测算分析，涉税处理建议与核算问题。

8、协助领导完成各种与内外的沟通和协调工作。

9、审核签置公司预算、财务收支计划，成本费用计划，财务报告、会计结算报告。熟悉财务收支的业务计划，经济合同、经济协议等的签订。

任职资格：

1、5年以上财务管理工作经验。

2、出色的财务分析，资金管理能力。
