1.负责公司淘宝店的网络销售
2.按时处理店铺内的中差评
3.通过旺旺在线聊天在线导购，解答顾客对产品的疑问，接待客户，推销产品，促成订单成交
4.处理日常顾客订单收钱咨询及售后跟踪服务，协调相关部门做好客户档案等数据整理汇总、更新。
任职资格：
1. 熟悉淘宝网购物、支付及相关售前售后流程，熟练使用淘宝网后台。
2. 有一定的销售技巧，思维敏捷，语言能力强，能独立完成网上购物售前、售中、售后工作。
3. 熟悉电脑操作，打字速度60字/分钟。
4. 全职，能承受工作压力
5. 责任心强，有强烈的职业意识和职业道德
