Overall Purpose of Job:
This should be a broad overview of the position. Include overall scope of position and a description of authority
the position has for programs/projects/operations and establishing policies.
This position is responsible for providing the necessary focus on engineering quality activities to ensure
robust delivery of our projects according to key processes including Advanced Quality Planning The
individual will support project teams with the skills required to successfully apply quality and problem solving
tools.

Major Responsibilities:
· Diagnostics of Cat 0/1/2 projects with regard to critical deliverables & risks
· Assure process adherence and conscious deviation from process
· Identify risk mitigation & recovery activities within given constraints
· Be aware of Lessons Learned from PPAC etc and incorporate to ongoing projects

Key Competencies:

- Qualification of TS16949 and VDA6.3 internal auditor,
- Familiar with the product development process and project management,
- Knowledge of AIAG five tools and problem solving, E.g, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, 8D, etc.
- English Skills, Good writing and speaking.
