Major Responsibilities:



· Planning, executing and analyzing of tests and documentation in test reports

· Recording and preparation of measurement results with statistical test methods

· Working according to 5S and HSE (Health-Safety- Environment) guideline.

· Support engineer for analysis, evaluation and recommendation of the test results

· Support the quality analyse for product line.

· Collaboration on, rigs maintenance and spare part orgnization.

· Collaboration on, and creation of work instruction for new test devices or build-up

· Execution of tests on components of our competitors (Benchmarking)

· Working according to ISO / QS-standards and VDA (6)

· Attending the relevant training courses.

·







Key Competencies:



· Basic knowledge in Automotive Braking system.

· Detailed knowledge in measurement and mechanical tools operation.

· Knowledge in data compilation and processing (statistical processing of test results)

· Knowledge in test methods and problem solving skill.

· Basic knowledge in electronics and electrical systems

· MS Office

· Basic knowledge of quality methods, 5S, HSE and Six Sigma

· Engineering Manual

· Good Chinese communication skills and basic English reading.

· Knowledge of quality and environmental guidelines

· Ability to familiarize oneself with new tasks

· Knowledge in working law as well as all relevant policies and guidelines

· Targeted and result oriented working
