Major Responsibilities:

-Establish and maintain the local procedure/work instructions to cater for the local business needs, which should be aligned with the global process;
-Help to tailor the process to suit the project;
-Give essential process mentoring and support for the project team as needed to implement the process;
-Perform the process audit according to the project defined process and track the non-compliance issues to closure;
-Escalate the non-compliance issue to the management for resolution if needed;
-Deliver the process training;
-Help the organization to achieve the quality certification, aSpcie and CMMi, based on the business needs;
-Co-ordinate with the global EQA team to ensure that local process implementation is consistent with the global requirement and provide the feedback to the global EQA team as necessary;
-Co-ordinate with other departments regarding the interfaces definitions between R&D center and other function units;


Key Competencies:

-Bachelor or above in Engineering
-2 years or above in EQA role with hands-on experience
-Good knowledge on TS16949;
-Familiar with Auto SPICE or CMMI is preferred;
-Good metrics knowledge;
-Good time management skills and communication ability;
-Good organizational and coordination skills;
-Familiar with project management;
-Willing to learn and develop, self-starter as well as decisive;
-Self-motivation and good interpersonal skills;
-6 Sigma Green Belt desirable;
-Good command of English language
