活动订单和零点订单

·         Responsible for distribution of jobs according to event orders &a la carte.

根据活动订单和零点订单负责分配工作

o    Adjusts production according to projected covers

·         Assigns staff to prepare food.

分派员工准备食物

·         Checks on quality of finish product.

检查制作好的食物的质量

·         Prepares food as per standard/quality set by Hotel.

根据酒店设定的质量标准准备食物

·         Ensures the preparation of high quality food products. 

确保准备高质量的食品

o    Follows measurements and procedures as detailed in the Standard Recipes.

遵循标准菜谱中的标准和程序

o    Ensures that all food items are ready for service with the standard preparation time.

o    Checks the quality of all food items before preparation.

·         Exceeds guest satisfaction and maximises return guest.

o    Practices maximum flexibility and creativity when dealing with special requests.
