1. General Position Summary:

Be responsible for maintaining the mechanical relevant system’s operation and cup-former tooling changing.

2. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

Implement preventive maintenance plan of equipment with detail record to ensure its perfect status.

执行设备机械系统的预防性保养计划，做好记录，确保上述系统处于完好状态。

Responsible for cup-former tooling changing and commissioning under the direction. Maintaining tooling according to SOP to keep it in ready to use status.

根据部门指令，负责成型机模具更换和调试。根据SOP保养模具以维护其正常使用

Implementing protective maintenance plan of equipment including lubrication, spare parts replacement before broken, cleaning and calibrating etc to ensure its perfect status. Daily checking and recording equipment status.

执行设备保养计划，例如润滑，易损件提前更换，清洁，校验等以确保上述系统都处于完好状态。对设备进行点检并做好记录。

Implementing installation and commissioning of new equipment directed by mechanical engineer.

3. Secondary Functions:

Perform other related duties as assigned.

4. Job Scope:

Regular works involves a moderate degree of complexity. Seriousness and experience accumulation are needed for good performance. Duties are performed under the direction of mechanical engineer. Errors may result in high machine broke time.

工作任务较规律，复杂程度中等。认真和不断的经验积累将是优秀成绩取得所必须的。工作将在机械工程师指导下进行，失误将造成更高的设备故障停机时间。

5. Supervisory Responsibility:

Responsible for assigned mechanical issues by planning, practicing, checking to achieve targets for individual and team.

6. Interpersonal Contacts:

Internal contacts: Frequent contact with machine operators, mechanics， electrician and electrical engineer.

对内：与设备操作工，电气维修工及电气工程师经常性沟通

External Contacts - Frequent contact with machine and equipment supplier; occasional contact with other vendors related with machine maintenance and fixing.

对外：与设备供应商经常性接触，偶尔联系相关的维修供应商

7. Specific Job Skills:

Senior mechanics:

Capability of one set of tooling changing for DST and ND-EBZ-2S-22 or Hunjin and PMC750/1250 cup-former. Start-sample quality approval and 2 hours continually consistent production are selected as criteria.

Junior mechanics:

Capability of one set of tooling changing independent for DST or ND-EBZ-2S-22 or Hunjin or PMC cup-former. Start-sample quality approval and 2 hours continually consistent production are selected as criteria.

Assistant mechanics:

Capability of tooling changing independent for one set of ND-EBZ-12 or half set of Hunjin cup-former. Start-sample quality approval and 2 hours continually consistent production are selected as criteria.

Criteria above is necessary but not enough for post respectively.

8. Education and/or Experience:

A technique school graduated degree or above in mechanical or equivalent.

技校或以上学历机械相关专业毕业

A minimum of 2 years for senior, 1 year for other grades equipment maintenance experience. Junior and above must be familiar with mechanic processing and AUTOCAD technique drawing. Senior must act as mentor for one certificated junior mechanics.

高级至少两年以上，其余一年以上设备维护经验，中级以上必须熟悉机械零件加工和AUTOCAD机械作图。高级必须培养出一名经考核合格的中级机械维修工。

9. Job Conditions:

This position requires the incumbent to work with machinery in an environment where there is regular use of chemicals, noise from machinery and paper dust. Other working conditions include late night/weekend site visits and working long hours during peak periods.
