职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
· Communicate with customer to understand customer requirements, effectively present to customer TRW capabilities and solutions.
· Propose overall design configurations based on TRW capabilities and standards.
· Communicate with TRW core engineering centres to facilitate detailed design and drawing creation.
· Initiate and coordinate prototype requisition and responsible for on-time delivery to customers.
· Conduct design reviews to ensure product design meeting customer requirement and TRW standards.
· Develop test plans and coordinate tests following TRW GDPIM in product development.
· Initiate and manage engineering/drawing changes based on customer requirement, for product improvement or localization/cost reduction
· Support SDE in supplier development and localization for new and existing products
· Perform any necessary customer support activities
Key Competencies:
-Automotive/Mechanical engineering Bachelor degree
-Basic knowledge of automotive brake system, or steering system, or interior trim
-Minimum 1-3 years mechanical design experience
- Experienced in using Catia is a must
-Working experience in automotive company is a plus
-Fluent English language both in oral and written
