2.提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息；

Provide market trends, demand changes, competitors and customer feedback exact information;

3.负责市场的建设及业务开展工作；

Responsible for the construction of the market and business development;

4.负责所管辖区域内的业务的发展和具体实施情况,完成年度销售目标；

Be in charge of the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales goals in defined area；

5.向客户提供售前服务和应用咨询服务；

Provide pre-sale services and applications consulting services to customers;

6.培养、建立和维护客户关系；

Cultivate, build and maintain relationships with customers;

7.收集市场和竞争对手信息，以便于Busch China采取合适的销售策略；

Collect Information on the market and competitions, in order to help Busch China develop sales strategy;

8.协调公司内部资源，提高客户满意度；

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1.专注于锂电行业3年以上，了解熟悉终端用户；

Work for the Lithium Battery markets for more than 3 years, understand these related target customers;

2.超过5年的市场营销、客户开发经验；

Rich experience in marketing and customer development more than 5 years;;

3.具有优秀的营销技巧和市场嗅觉；

Have the excellent marketing techniques and market insight;

4.优秀的市场拓展、项目协调、谈判能力；

Excellent market development, project coordination and negotiation ability;

5.优秀的谈判和沟通表达技巧，敏锐的市场嗅觉，能从客户处得到有效信息，并发掘潜力客户；

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, keen market sense, able to get effective information from customers, and develop potential customers;

Qualifications, Training, and Experience:

1.本科及以上学历, 真空和机械工程专业优先；

Bachelor degree or above; Major in Vacuum or Mechanical Engineering is preferred;

2.优秀的英语听说读写能力
