Assistant Sales Manager, Wholesale

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Director in formulating brand and sales strategies to achieve company target as well as business objectives

• Oversee all wholesales activities of assigned accounts in China to maintain high standard of quality services

• Maintain and further develop a strong relationship with retailers and wholesale clients

• Monitor retailers’ performance by sales analysis and frequent POS visits

• Provide account service including product trainings, POS requests, and after-sales service handling

• Ensure the wholesales operations align with the company overall goal and the pricing and discount policy are strictly enforced to Retailers

• Plan, coordinate and support the coop-activities and events

• Perform sales analysis and market intelligence for management review

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years' relevant experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level

• Experience in luxury brands and retail operations preferred

• Sound knowledge in watch / jewellery is a definite asset

• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial sense

• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

• Good analytical, organization and problem solving skills

• Highly-motivated, independent, adaptable and self-starter

• Ability to work under pressure

• Proficiency in computer literacy

• Language: Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Frequent travel is required
