Technical support & customer services（技术支持及客户服务）

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）:

EMB matching application（EMB系统整车匹配）:

?      Confirm proper matching of installation interfaces (客户车辆EMB匹配安装接口确认)

?      Conducting system calculations and assessing parameter settings（根据客户车辆情况设定并优化EMB参数设置）

?      Check that the devices/system would operate satisfactorily in the vehicle operating environment（匹配EMB车辆使用状态确认）

?      Coordinate R&D and Customers as technical interface（如有必要，协调研发部门和客户的技术接口）

Validation of application（EMB系统测试应用）

?      Check installation in the vehicle（测试车辆安装确认）

?      Check function in the vehicle（测试车辆功能确认）

?      Homologate or support customer to homologate according to national and international regulations as appropriate（主导或支持客户完成匹配EMB车辆的国内外法规认证测试）

?      Get special tests are required by customer or specific application through product group engineer / project teams（按照客户或者公司研发部门的要求完成特定要求的整车测试）

?      Support product group engineer to develop application validation guidelines（支持研发部门制定EMB系统的整车测试标准）

Customer application release（客户端产品应用释放）

?      Get the outline drawings/system approved by the customer（获取客户测试结果确认）

?      Prepare Customer Application Release Report（准备客户应用测试报告）

?      Support sales manager for customer technical training of EMB application（协助销售经理完成EMB应用培训）

Problem solving（问题处理）

?      In time technical support for problem shooting to OEMs and final users（主机厂及终端客户的技术问题处理）

?      Lessons learned summary and share（经验教训总结及分享）

要求：

1. 汽车、机械或相近专业，本科及以上学历。
2. 在主机厂或制动零部件企业从事制动相关设计研发、试验测试工作。
3. 相关工作经验3年以上。
4. 英语沟通流利。

2016年6月，瀚德集团携手浙江万安科技股份有限公司于上海嘉定区汽车城创新港建立合资公司，即瀚德万安（上海）电控制动系统有限公司，以下简称 (Haledx VIE EMB）,在中国市场共同开发电控制动系统产品。合资公司注册资本金2亿元人民币，双方各持50%股份。主要产品为用于商用车的电控制动系统产品（EMB）,研发中心座落于上海市嘉定区安拓路56弄15栋5单元，工厂在昆山平谦工业园区玉杨路299号。
