工作职责

QA system management

？ Establish and maintain Store/FSD/CVS etc. QA System for operation, such as HACCP to assure safety /quality/reputation compliance.

？ Review and update the quality manual/training material/checklist regularly to ensure the Store/FSD/CVS etc. is based on sound science and regulatory requirements.

？ Drive the service provider on HACCP certificate/hygiene and quality audit /cleaning & pest control, able to identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on data analysis.

？ Influence key internal stakeholders on food safety strategies and ensure our Store/FSD/CVS etc. operation compliance to national food safety laws and regulations.

Bridge between HQ & RQM/CQM

？ Establish appropriate approach to maintain and advance food safety culture at Store/FSD/CVS etc. operations & RQM/CQM, drive for calibration and continuous improvement.

？ Communicate effectively to the various departments within the company to ensure collaboration and partnership in advancing food safety practices.

External Networking and Alliances

？ Participate in collaboration with NGO, government and academia to advance science-based China National food safety standards.

？ Willing to take on leading role with external organizations/associations to lead change in advance science-based food safety standards.

任职资格

- Analysis skill, mature communication skill, summary and report skill; good time management, project management.

- Bachelor degree at least, majored in Food, Agriculture related curriculum.

  More than 3 years of quality system, food safety or store UF operations experience is preferable. Farming, producing or manufacturing or industry alike can be considered.
