Job Descriptions:

1. 与采购工程师合作，参与开发新的供应商

Work with purchasing engineer to develop local supplier, participate in new supplier development

2. 监督供应商制定并完善质量控制的相关作业指导并执行

Monitor supplier to draft, improve and implement the work instructions for product quality control

3. 供应商供货质量检验并分析质量状况

Qualify the incoming parts and analysis the quality status

4. 处理供应商质量问题，督导供应商采取整改措施

Detective parts & component analysis and push supplier to implement corrective action

5. 对供应商进行培训，不断提升供应商

Supplier training and coaching to develop supplier step by step

6. 保持与总部联络，取得总部在供应商质量控制方面的最新要求，并及时传递至公司相关部门和相关供应商

Keep close contact with Homag AG, and master the refreshed requirements on supplier quality control and message to all related departments and suppliers

7. 完成与本职位工作相关的临时指派任务

Work on any other duties and projects assigned by direct superior

Qualifications Required:

1. 电气或自动化相关专业，大专以上学历

College degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering related field

2. 从事供应商质量控制或相关工作2年以上

2+ years working experience in supplier quality control or related field

3. 熟悉ISO质量管理体系

Good understanding of ISO9001 system

4. 良好的人际沟通和协调能力

Good interpersonal and communication skill

5. 良好的英语会话和书写

Good English skills in both oral & written

6. 计算机操作

Good at office software
