MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
1与市场部协作,组织和实施公司市场调研、广告宣传、渠道拓展、产品销售、价格管理和售后服务等工作;
Cooperate with Marketing Department to organize and implement products sales and marketing investigation, channel exploitation, publicizing, price management and after-sales service.
2根据公司战略发展规划制定年度销售计划,管理中国区域销售价格体系并完善销售网络和分销渠道;
Set up annual sales plan, set up China pricing system and distribution plan based on different distribution channel; develop sales network and distribution channel.
3组织对重要经济合同的评审。代表公司与有关客户签订销售合同或其它与销售有关的协议,解决销售纠纷;
Organize assessment of key sales contract; sign sales contract or other sales agreement in the name of the company; deal with sales disputes.
4按ISO9000要求,组织对重大经济合同的评审,确保客户满意度,认真推行质量管理程序;
Assess key sales contract based on ISO9000 requirements; ensure customers’ satisfaction and push ISO system seriously
5根据市场需求及售后服务质量情况反馈,做好与公司其它部门的横向联系,并及时对部门争议提出界定要求;
Collect feedback according to market requirements and after-sales service quality; coordinate with other departments in order to define and solve disputes between depts.
6根据年度销售计划和销售策略及市场开拓情况制定年度费用预算并报批实施;依据财务制度审批各分公司的各项花费并确认支出的合理性;
According to annual sales plan and strategy, also the status of market exploitation, draw up annual budget and implement it; audit the rationality of branch’s expenses;
7组织公司产品的销售情况调查,收集分析客户的反馈意见。
Organize investigation about the company products; collect and analyze feedback; Organize market investigation about market exploitation and partnership exploitation.
8主持制定、修订营销系统的工作程序和规章制度,经批准后施行;
Establish and modify sales work flow and policies and implement them after approval
9代表公司与政府对口部门和有关社会团体、机构联络;
Keep in touch with government and relative institutions in the name of the company
10建立并发展销售团队。对于团队成员的表现进行评估,并对其表现负责。
Build and develop Sales team. Evaluate the performance of Sales team members and be responsible for their performance.
11在年底为部门成员完成年度报告,并对员工表现给出相关建议评价,包括:升职,降职等。
Issue annual reports for all department staff by the end of the year with recommendation for staff development, including promotion, demotion etc
12完成部门年度培训计划,并加以实施。
Recommend annual training plan for the sake of staff development
13对于公司出台的政策以及规定,主动全面的了解,并全力配合。
Give full cooperation and coordination to all policies and regulations issued by company

Major in business management or relative areas, at least bachelor’s degree
25年以上同行业相关产品销售经验,熟悉液压相关产品
More than 5 years experience in mechanical industry, and be familiar with hydraulic related products.
33年以上同等职位管理经验, 丰富的建立与管理销售与分销网络经验,接受过市场营销、管理技能开发、产品知识及质量管理等方面的培训;
Over 3 years’ experience in similar management position. Rich experience in establishing and managing sales and distribution network; general knowledge in marketing, management skill development, production and quality management
4熟悉液压产品市场情况和客户特点,具有先进的销售理念,较强的观察力和应变能力、良好的市场判断能力及开拓能力;良好的英文听、说、读、写能力。
Familiar with the Hydraulic market and customers’ characters; have advanced marketing concepts, strong observation ability and the ability to meet an emergency; strong market judgment and exploitation ability; good command of writing and spoken English

Good communication and planning skill; ability to work under pressure; strong ability of analysis and organization
