任职资格：
1、建筑学专业大学本科及以上学历；
2、熟练使用建筑设计相关应用软件（天正、AUTOCAD等），了解国家及上海市建筑规范；
3、熟悉项目审批报批流程；
4、三年以上建筑设计工作经验，有施工图设计经验；
5、具有较强的沟通协调能力和悟性；
6、具备注册建筑师资格者优先考虑；
7、能与外籍设计师流利交流者优先考虑。

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above with background in architecture.
2. Proficient with architecture design software, such as TArch, AutoCAD, etc. Familiar with national and municipal architecture laws and regulations.
3. Familiar with program approval procedure.
4. Over three years’ working experience in architecture design and have experience in construction design.
5. Have strong communication skills and learn quickly. 
6. Certified Architect will be considered first.
7. The person who is able to communicate with our foreign designers will be considered first.
