Job Title：Marketing Executive

Department：Marketing Department

Reporting to：Regional Marketing Manager

Location：Shanghai

Position Summary

Communicating with sales department and Implement the trade marketing activities in responsible region;

Main Responsibilities

1. Assist to develop the event plan and follow up the implementation

2. Coordinate with sales team & product team to work on the marketing promotion plan and follow up the execution

3. Implementation of the trade fair, events and other marketing activities as requested

4. Maintain competitors awareness, produce reports in regard to competitor analysis and updates

5. Assist the implementation of DOS and customers’ marketing request for the communication materials, artwork, in-store marketing materials order

6. Follow up purchase request and payment status according to the purchase procedure and finance guideline

7. Support actively on other marketing functions including Trade, VM, PR and digital… etc.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field;

2. At least 2 years related working experience in retail marketing;

3. Good command of English, in both oral and written;

4. Organized, detail-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills

5. Familar with MS Office, excellent PPT & Excel ability, SAP user is a plus;

6. Good team player, full of passion;

7. Result orientated with time bound;
