职位描述
Responsibility:
- Take the responsibility of AM aftermarket sales in South region, achieve yearly sales target to reach company objectives.
- Support Regional Sales manager to build channel/sales development and garage manage tools.
- Manage and motivate regional sales manager/ supervisor to approach garage/downstream garage.
- Motivate customers and maintain customer relationship to increase Philips/Lumileds position in the respective markets.
- Develop and explore new customer and distribution channel in target cities,
- Involve in and play the important role in sales planning and MTP system.
- Close cooperation with other departments, such as logistic, marketing and quality.
- Propose and implement Marcom/ promotion activities in line with yearly marketing plan
- Database setup and intensive presence in the market and end user customer side.
Requirements:

- English communication, including email and oral.
- Fluent computer skill, including the presentation and data analysis skill
- Working experience: +10 year sales/ marketing sales background, +3 year experience in automotive or FMCG industry
- Personality: Aggressive (drive for result), diligence (willing to work under pressure), honesty
- Mentality: Logic and structural thinking
- Education: bachelor degree
