Department: Control Assurance & Customer Experience, Consumer Banking


Responsibilities

- Ensure a smooth complaint handling process and competent complaint management systems are in place

- Monitor and review the key performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities against key risks, operation deficiency, business opportunities and customer satisfaction

- Liaise, drive and facilitate improvement projects with respective departments on achieving service excellence.

- Ensure the implementation of service initiatives and achievement of the desirable customer experience


Requirements

- Degree holder in Language, Business, or related discipline

- Minimum 6 years of experience in complaint handling/customer service.

- Knowledge in legal/compliance knowledge will be an advantage

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing

- Strong communication, influencing, presentation and project management skills

- Excellent planning, organizing and analytical skill along with good judgment

- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin
