职位描述：

1、负责品牌全案操作，包括品牌定位、策略制定、主题创意、媒介策略、宣传推广以及落地执行等；

2、负责品牌自媒体内容规划、活动策划与文案撰写/指导；

3、配合电商板块进行内容把控、平台活动策划、制定月度及年度计划；

4、领导渠道板块负责寻找、接洽、维护传播渠道，协调资源，达到运营目标；

5、领导运营板块以拉新、维护、刺激用户重复消费为目标，负责线上及线下运营活动方案的策划、组织和实施；

6、监测并研究行业信息、竞品动态，能够结合热点定期产出有针对性的活动方案；

7、对媒介推广、活动运营、店铺数据等各平台数据进行跟踪，总结运营效果，评估ROI价值，优化运营策略。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，新闻、中文、广告、市场营销等相关专业优先；

2、具有新品牌从0到1全案操作经验者优先；

3、熟悉电商各内容渠道及媒介资源、有KOL资源者优先；

4、了解电商平台特点或有相关策划经验优先；

5、有较强的创造性思维能力与洞察力，善于沟通；

6、较强的文字功底，能独立完成营销策划方案；

7、具有美妆、时尚、快消相关行业经验者优先。
