Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare related tools and material according to manufacturing order

2. Build complex optical product according to the drawing and working instruction.

3. Perform quality checks according to quality plan, e.g. dimensions electrical performance, function, etc

4. Work flexible on other tasks as assigned by supervisor

5. Trouble shooting during production, report problems to supervisor timely

6. Maintain the tools and equipment regularly.

Requirements

1. Technical school diploma or above, majored in electronic or relative major, also need some mechanical knowledge, can understand the drawing. - 90% optical and mechanical knowledge, and 10% electronics knowledge

2. 2 year+ production technical related work experience

3. Strong practical skill with hand operation

4. Can use the common measurement tools, such as caliper, DMM etc. Have the using experience of Microscope is preferred

5. Smart, and have some experience of computer.

6. Ability to work under pressure.

7. Team player with good communication skills.

8. can be communicated in English is preferred

工作内容

1. 按照生产计划准备物料及必要生产工具

2. 根据图纸及作业指导书生产光学产品

3. 按照质量说明进行必要的质量检测

4. 完成上级指定的其他生产任务

5. 解决生产过程中出现的问题，遇有不能解决之问题，及时汇报给上级。

6. 夹具检具的定期维护

要求

1. 大专以上学历，机械/光学相关专业，能看懂英文图纸。实际应用中90% 为光学及机械相关知识，10%为电气相关知识

2. 3年以上直接生产或技术员经验

3. 动手能力强，会使用和维护常规检具，懂得显微镜/投影仪使用。

4. 好学，熟练操作电脑

5. 能在压力下很好地工作

6. 具有良好的团队工作精神和沟通能力

7. 能够进行英文交流优先考虑

8. 此职位将派遣去英国技术培训
