Position Description:
1.Commodity: PCBA used in server.
2.Scope: Responsible for PCBA FRU sourcing from strategic suppliers.
Project management: Involved in new product development and facilitate RFP/RFQ.
3.Contract: Responsible for commercial / contractual supplier agreements with strategic suppliers.
4.Cost: Develop cost models and understanding cost drivers. Develop negotiation strategies and drive negotiations to achieve goals.
5.Supplier management: Manage supplier base and UCI database. Perform supplier performance evaluation annually. Provide high-level shortage escalation support.


Position Requirements:
1.>10 years service sourcing experience in PCBA manufacturing environment.
2.Engineering background is an advantage
3.Fluency in English.
4.Able to deal with pressure & ambiguity.
5.Team Player & self-motivation.
