B2B Product Portfolio Management:

• Define, lead and launch B2B product portfolio in China to achieve annual revenue and accelerate growth

• Design and lead all product marketing solutions and tool box to meet the B2B customer needs, including hospitals, confinement centers, corporations and lactation consultants within annual budgets

• Analyze consumer insights and develop communication strategies and programs that motivate to the Chinese breastfeeding moms in hospitals setting through social media, mom’s class and in-hospital merchandising

• Partner with global B2B marketing team on product portfolio management and to localize best practices

Be cross-functional Partner:

• Understand hospitals KOL insights and support education team on KOL Management, local and global symposia

• Support trade marketing team to deliver quarterly promotion planning to sales and monthly SOP forecasting

• Be the B2B product expert among Greater China, support product training and consulting when needed

Support Strategy and Business Development Director:

• Monitor, analyze and evaluate domestic and International market trends, competitor activities and transform these data into market opportunities

• Provide inputs of annual B2B Marketing planning and Medela Annual strategy planning, and ensure alignment with Greater China strategy and cross business and cross function success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Pharmaceuticals or life science related field, Master or MBA is a plus Solid presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese, German is a plus
• 5-years’ experience in marketing and promoting activity of medical device and accessories in hospitals is a must, experience on neonatologists, gynecologists, pediatrics, obstetrics is a plus
• Systematic knowledge on 4P5C marketing, have successful cases of new product launch, hospital coding and reimbursement, KOL management and national project management
• Self-motivated and driven to win execution
• Strong influential skill on cross-functional and global communication
• Business Acumen with physicians and consumer behaviors and to think and act strategically and creatively
• Comfortable to interact with dealers and sales, as well as moms and family members
• Data analytic and mining capability, excellent skill on Microsoft office
