*MAIN TASKS:

- Understand and interpret the technical files requirements and communicate effectively to the vendors/factories;
- Measure and fit all samples and record the measurement accurately including any deviation;
- Issue technician comments on DOC4 excel files on Counter, Fitting and Collection in the required timeline, and follow the order progressing priority created by the Merchandising Dept;
- Carry out pre-production control and pre-production meeting if required by conducting collection sample pre-check on fit and workmanship;
- Seal collection sample and sign final measurement chart for production and final inspection;
- Data input in Allergo - sample approval/rejection dates;
- Carry out all duties and responsibilities in conjunction with KISS counterparts in Kiabi France. To diligently interface and cooperate with Kiabi France personnel to ensure adherence to Kiabi norms and efficient and accurate transfer of information at all times;
- Responsible for communication between Kiabi, QA and the suppliers/factories/vendors
- Follow up the delegation program

*REQUIREMENT:

- Diploma in Textile / Clothing;
- 3+ years relevant work experience in a Buying Office environment;
- Strong technical knowledge in garment sewing, construction, fitting and grading;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Computer literate;
- Good command of English;
- Strong task oriented style;
- Be flexible;
- A team player.
