Responsibilities

- Work with business analyst to understand and analyse as-is business process, identify requirements for customers

- Support our customers during product deployment and operations via standard infrastructure, creating maintenance notes and documentation

- Rectify the underlying problems with trouble shooting and root cause analysis

- Setup, upgrade and support environment for testing and continue integration

- Implement sustainable deployment packaging and automation systems

- Schedule deployments and providing completion communications to users

Required skills

- Be able to independently communicate with function consultants and /or clients to clarify requirements. Know part function knowledge and all technique development / design knowledge

- Be familiar with at least one script language, such as python, batch, shell, etc.

- Fast learning skill, strong problem solving skill, sense of urgency

- Preference for experience in SaaS environments and agile development methodologies

- Knowledge of SQL Server, Java web application containers (Tomcat) and web servers (Nginx, Apache.) 

Preferred skills

- Experience in software automation test, be familiar with one automated testing tool, such as postman, Selenium, AutoRunner, etc.

- Related working experience in SSIS /Pentaho kettle or other ETL tools

- Knowledge of RPA tools like UiPath would be a plus

- Working experience in ERP implementation
