The KPMG Delivery Centre (KDC) is a centralised centre of excellence delivering high quality services to KPMG China’s audit, tax, advisory and infrastructure functions.

Responsibilities

- Perform daily back office support to sales personnel upon request

- Act as the primary point of branches’ bank contact for client liaisons

- Upload daily bank statement into SAP system and cross - check bank balance

- Update daily cash position table and prepare bank reconciliation

- Reconcile with the revenue report, identify exception errors and assist to resolve the variance

- Perform daily General Leger account entry booking in relation to bank charge, tax payment, bank interest and etc.

- Perform Monthly revenue reconciliation with General Leger

- Draft various treasury reports on monthly basis and work under close supervision

- Assist in monthly closing process

- Work and interact with accounting, treasury and sales teams

- Assist in document binding, sorting, filing and storage

- Other ad - hoc treasury related work

Experience

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance is preferable or have relevant experience in retail / FMCG industry

- Excellent multi - tasking skills and quick reaction with facing with an emergency issue

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain issues clearly to internal or external team

- Strong interpersonal skills and timely communicate upward to superiors

- Careful work, strong sense of responsibility and willing to stabilize

- Experience in accounts receivable is preferred

- CET 4 or above

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
