KPMG's Audit team delivers independent, objective and high quality audit services to our clients, and helps them to manage risk so they can focus on their core businesses. The role of the administrator is to coordinate the audit professionals’ resources by liaising with other departments. You will also need to prepare management reports and you will need excellent communication skills as you will be the pivotal link between the senior staff across the audit departments.

Responsibilities

- Monitoring of the monthly billings and budget preparation

- Maintenance of staff plans / staff booking for each dept and source staff from other groups when no staff available within the group

- Staff leave bookings

- Preparation of staff availability report

- Maintenance of JAFs(Job Appraisal Forms)

- Managing and meeting all work requirements and deadlines, enhance the efficiency of various reports submission

- Assist and alleviate the administrative work for department heads

- Assist PIC(Partner in Charge) to maintain group record, prepare group analysis and reports

- Monitoring of aged debtors

- Well plan of staff training so that every staff can enroll all the mandatory and update courses for the year and arrange cancellations if appropriate

- As the information centre for the group admin, staffing, training, headcount and fees, etc

- Assist in group event / function

- Preparing the agenda for monthly meetings
