Overview

Responsibilities

- Cashier work including bank payments cheque or e-banking preparation

- Foreign income declaration

- Execution for bank account setup, closing and change

- Seminar or Training onsite cash collection

- Misc cash receipts handling

- Assist in document binding, sorting, filing and storage

- Other missions assigned by leaders

Experience

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance is preferable or have relevant experience MNC.

- Excellent multi - tasking skills and quick reaction with facing with an emergency issue

- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain issues clearly to internal or external team

- Strong interpersonal skills and timely communicate upward to superiors

- Careful work, strong sense of responsibility and willing to stabilize

- Experience in accounts receivable is preferred

- CET 4 or above

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
