KPMG Digital Ignition Center is a software development and support centre that will help KPMG integrate cutting edge digital solutions with KPMG core expertise to provide real results – not just for KPMG clients but for KPMG people. The KDi team will comprise software engineers and programmers, data scientists, cloud specialists, user interface designers and systems integrators.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the design and construction of AI platform, and Integration with other platforms of KPMG

- Lead the AI team to meet the needs of all the business needs. And improve the developers’ knowledge level

- Keep learning new knowledge and improve the efficiency and quality of the development

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English

- Mastering at least one programming language, such as Python, Scala, Java

- More than three years development experiences in tensorflow or spark + Mlib

- Rich experiences in large data volume, high concurrent and high reliability design

- Master a variety of machine learning algorithms, such as logistic, svm, neural network, decision tree, random forest

- Experience in image recognition, speech recognition, practical project implementation is preferred

- Experience in hadoop development is preferred

- Experience in development of Users' labels, Users' portrait, companies' portrait is preferred

- Experience in development of ERP, FM, SCM is preferred

- Experience in development on Ali cloud or Azure cloud is preferred

- 基于python + tensorflow或者spark + Mlib的实际编程开发经验超过3年以上

- 具备丰富的大数据量、高并发、高可靠性设计经验

- 了解各种机器学习算法及适用场景，比如 逻辑回归，SVM，随机森林，决策树、神经网络等

- 有过图像识别，语音识别实际项目实施经验者优先

- 有过基于hadoop的大数据实施经验者优先

- 有过标签、用户画像、企业画像开发经验者优先

- 熟悉财务系统，ERP系统者优先

- 有微软云，阿里云开发经验者优先
