一．工作综述（General description）

As the key control point, the role works with sales team, customer service team and marketing team to track and control the whole pricing process from quotation to GM analysis including quotation tool maintenance and training, price maintenance in SAP, price tracking, cost model tracking.

二．工作职责（Responsibilities）

1. Quotation Tools Maintenance and Training: to provide the support and training to sales team when they using the quotation tools; collect the requirements from sales team and engineering team and communicate with IT team on system enhancement.

2. SAP Price Maintenance Process: to review the gross margin and ask for approval from management team if necessary; maintain the price in SAP accurately and timely; document all the approval mail.

3. Price Change Process: to work with finance team to review the gross margin for existing items, and get the approval from management team if necessary.

4. Price/cost Tracking Process: to compare the price/cost in cost model and in SAP; figure out the variance and root cause; highlight the root cause to operation team, sales team and management team.

5. Monthly Tracking Report: to prepare the GM analysis report for new items; prepare the monthly cost model tracking report

6. Quarterly Price Review: to review and clean up the price master data on a quarterly basis

三．所需资格条件（Qualifications）

1.Must be a quick learner and able to work independently

2.Being patient and can work under pressure

3.Good communication skills

4.Bachelor degree on finance, marketing, or business management

5.Be familiar with Excel or MS-Access

6.Good Command of oral and written English

7.SAP experience is a plus
