Job Description and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing commercial contracts, including, but not limited to, non-disclosure agreements, services agreements, procurement agreements, engagement letters, statements of works, and other legal documents in close collaboration with internal clients.

• Completing, and overseeing completion of, administrative tasks associated with maintenance of contract management database.

• Identifying and advising internal clients on risks associated with each transaction and proposing practical/strategic risk mitigation strategies in connection with commercial transactions.

• Supporting various aspects of the contract management process, including use and management

  of Western Digital’s internal contracts management tool/application.

• Working closely with legal counsels and contract administrators within the Contract Management Organization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

• More than 3 years relevant contract management experience with MNCs.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Experience with automated procurement and contract creation software applications.

• Good command of the English language (written and spoken).

Additional Qualifications:

• Law degree from PRC law school.
