1、负责分子公司招聘配置、人员梯队搭建、人员储备工作；

2、负责员工访谈，收集员工反馈，以持续改进公司内部的人力资源服务和流程；

3、处理离职面谈、劳动争议、员工纠纷等；

4、员工职业发展辅导，引导员工保持良好的职业心态；

5、绩效考核的监督、推行、面谈反馈等工作；

6、建立有效和多样化的沟通渠道，保证HR与业务部门的信息通畅，优化员工关系；

7、参与业务会议、了解业务开展情况，从HR角度给予支持与建议；

8、协助开展丰富多样员工活动，如座谈会及各类节假日活动；

9、负责人力资源相关数据分析统计工作；

任职要求：

1、 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或相关专业，有一定的人力资源全模块实操工作经验；

2、 有三年以上的相关岗位工作经验；

3、 熟练办公软件，数据分析和数据管理能力较强；

4、 熟悉国家、地区及企业关于薪金制度、保险福利待遇方面的法律法规及政策；

5、 有良好的沟通、组织、监控和协调能力；
