Key Accountability

• Responsible for preparation of order/ revenue analysis, ensuring they are accurate, timely and in accordance with the needs of business and Corporate Finance.

• Support decision-making by establishing standard reporting, analysis and developing business modeling, which allow management to understand business performance from different dimensions.

• Develop annual operational & strategic plans, quarterly business review and monthly forecasts in close coordination with relevant departments and management team.

• Take operational analysis, identify any risks or opportunities to ensure the commitment of operational plan.

• Assist in establishing and improving internal control, compliance and internal audit follow up

• Support ad-hoc analysis and project based tasks

 

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business/Finance or Accounting major

• 5 -10 years of working experience, at least 2 years of financial analysis experience, MNC preferred

• Strong experience with business partnership at all levels, strong business acumen and analytical skills

• Good experience in ERP systems, and Hyperion experience is a plus

• Audit firm or related industry experience would be a plus

• English fluent in spoken and written

• Responsible, stable, detail oriented, a good team work player
