岗位职责：
1、制定培训计划并组织实施，监控培训过程，评估培训效果，组织培训考核；

2、负责公司内部培训课程的讲授；

3、拓展培训渠道和资源，评估外部培训机构及师资；

4、策划组织公司各类员工相关活动，并负责实施和落地；

5、协助经理建设、发展、宣传企业文化。

任职要求：
1、人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、三年左右培训讲授、管理与组织实施经验；

3、擅长PPT等工作软件；
4、熟悉管理培训资源，管理培训流程及关键步骤；
4、具有较强的亲和力和敬业精神，性格开朗；
5、思维敏捷，具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及分析问题、解决问题的能力。

Responsibility:

1. Make training plans and ensure the successful implementation of training plans；monitor the training process, evaluate the effectiveness of training and organize training assessments;

2. Responsible for the company's internal training courses;

3. Expand training channels and resources, and evaluate external training institutions and teachers;

4. Organize various activities of the company and ensure the successful implementation of activities；

5. Assist manager to build, develop and promote corporate culture.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above in human resource management or related majors;

2. About three years' experience in training, management and organization;

3. Have good skills of using PPT, MS OFFICE or other software;

4. Familiar with managing training resources, training processes and key steps;

5. Have strong affinity and professional dedication, and have a positive personality;

6. Quick thinking;With strong organizational, coordination, communication skills and strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
