    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 1.   Network Operations and Management 
 ·         Is accountable for corporate networking administration, installation, maintenance, break/fix and upgrade in the domains WAN / LAN / Wireless / VPN and mobility.
 ·        Continuously improve the IT network and security operation environment to ensure the services high availability and secure the stable business operations. 
 ·       Monitor and analyze the network status and utilization and provide the periodic report.
 ·       Lead vendors to strengthen the reliability and stability of network and achieve the agreed service level agreement (SLA).
 ·       Design and deploy the data network infrastructure for the data centers and offices.     
 2.   Data Center & Security Management
 ·       Take responsibility for the data center infrastructure management, maintenance and operations.
 ·       Plan, research, design and build robust enterprise-level security architecture and is responsible for the security operations. 
 ·       Work alongside with corporate legal team to ensure employees are compliance with China Cybersecurity Law and regulations (e.g. GDPR). 
 ·       Conduct the regular audit (e.g. cloud computing and external systems) from the information security privacy protection and compliance perspectives. 
 ·       Secure and manage all end-to-end communication points by delivering Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and from the Certification Authority (CA).     

3.   Project Management 
 ·       Develop and evaluate the cutting-edge IT network technology and communication solutions such as Software-Defined Networking (SDN). 
 ·       Manage the IT infrastructure projects including network optimization, LAN cabling and security enhancement.     
4.  Standard and Procedure 
 ?       Write, maintain and comply with network and security documentation including (standard) operating procedure, technical design and manuals.
 ?       Ensure the information security standards, procedures and guidelines are strictly carried out in all Hua Medicine divisions and functions.                                   

    Knowledge, experience,  skills&abilities    

?       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.

?       At least 5+ years IT experience in Network management experience in MNC.

?       In-depth understanding and experience in complex data networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN, WAN Accelerator).

?       Extensive experience in Next-Generation Firewall and Web Gateway is required.

?       Strong knowledge in routing theory and protocols especially with BGP and OSPF.

?       Proven technical knowledge with wireless network design, implementation and troubleshooting.

?       Experience with Security Incident Event Management (SIEM) is a plus.

?       Cisco Certificated Network Professional (CCNP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certifications are desired.

?       Good spoken and written skills in Chinese and English with professional communication and interpersonal style.

?       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
