岗位职责：

1、全面负责整个营业部的日常工作，完成营业部的各项指标和任务；

2、负责带领团队销售公司发行的财富管理产品，开发拓展财富管理客户；

3、负责带领团队向客户提供专业理财规划与投资建议，完成团队销售业务指标；

4、负责管理本团队人员的业务活动，组织实施团队人员的招募与甄选、辅导与培训、督导

与考核等工作；

5、确保团队成员明确工作进度及个人目标，建立与健全团队各项管理制度；

6、完成工作报告及相关的业务汇报工作。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上相关从业经验；

2、有团队管理经验，银行、保险、信托及第三方理财产品营销经验或高端客户资源者优先

考虑；

3、具有良好的客户沟通维系能力；

4、具有敏锐的市场洞察力和准确的客户分析能力，能够有效开发客户资源；

5、有广泛的社会关系网络和客户人脉资源，具有开发大客户经验者优先。
