Job Responsibilities:
.

1. Support the vendor management of suppliers

· Allocated vendors to be monitored for performance using systemic data as identified by the SCM director under the direction of the Total Quality Process Director

· Support the resolution of supplier quality problems as directed by the SCM director

· Manage supplier non conformance reports and ensure response and closure

· Assess effectiveness of supplier corrective actions and communicate with suppliers and internally

2. Support New Supplier Implementation

· New suppliers to be investigated and approved as per company procedures and as directed by the SCM director

· Support the monitoring of new supplier performance through start up as required by the SCM director or Sourcing Manager

· Support the approval of existing suppliers for “new to the supplier” parts in line with company procedures and the Total Quality Process Director guidance

· Technically assess first article deliveries from existing suppliers and prepare evaluation reports

· Support supplier audit work as tasked by the SCM director

3. Support new product introduction

· Technically assess first article deliveries from existing suppliers and prepare evaluation reports

· Help supplier to set up NPI procedure with complete aspect.

4. Build up engineering capability in the supply chain

· Drive supplier’s improve on the technical development, in align with Kaleus Product development

· Drive and review supplier’s development on NPI capability

· Help supplier develop and improve their capacity applying Lean methodology

· Channel to get sample from supplier to support R&D team

· Shorten Lead time with continuous improvement

· Create robust and suitable stock level according to Kaelus business model

Requirements:

• bachelor degree or above on Material (材料科学) or electronics or telecommunication(电子,通信).
• +5 years sourcing experience
• Good communication skill and team work player
