2.至少3年以上实际需求分析经验，独立担任过系统或模块需求分析设计工作；

  

3.思路清晰、有需求判断、引导、控制能力，良好的沟通表达能力及协调能力；

  

4.精通需求调研方法并能熟练应用.

  

5.逻辑清晰，思路开阔，具备较强的总结归纳能力

  

6.对产品设计、产品分析、数据分析等比较精通

  

7.熟练使用Visio、Axure、PowerDesigner等分析设计工具，以及良好的文档编写能力

  

8.熟悉软件开发流程和方法，了解主流开发框架。

  

9.良好的项目管理能力、谈判能力、讲解能力

  

10.熟悉RFID行业或有测试经验者优先考虑
