岗位职责：

 与研发和销售团队密切合作并负责制定市场策略和各合作伙伴的生态系统建立；

负责竞争情报分析，深入剖析竞争对手产品特点，分析产业状况及发展，为产品定义和决策提供依据；

 负责芯片产品规划，制定芯片产品规格以及制定产品市场推广方向和计划；

 产品需求度管理，积极与客户沟通，确保定义的功能与客户实际需求的符合度；

 制定产品推广的战略，开拓市场，发展客户，配合销售团队完成销售目标；

任职资格:

 硕士学历，通信、电子工程、计算机、微电子相关专业；

 对芯片以及物联网行业有比较深厚的了解；

 5-10工作经验，具有手机芯片、通讯SoC芯片市场开发经验、产品规划经或销售验者优先考虑；

 熟悉市场调研的方法，掌握市场营销的知识和技巧；

 熟悉电子行业媒体，熟悉品牌建立与推广知识与技能；

 具备良好的沟通能力、表达能力，敏锐的理解和判断能力；

 具备良好的文档编写技能及熟练的英文听说读写能力；

 具有很强的责任心和团队合作意识；

 能够适应频繁的出差；

Job Description: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager focused on growing our overall opportunity in the IoT business. You will define and drive our IoT marketing strategy and ecosystem development while working closely with Sales, Engineering and R&D team.

Key to this role will be analyzing end-user market trends and our competitive landscape to develop prioritization for our roadmap with compelling and innovative value propositions. You will devise go-to-market strategies with selected end-users, partners and channels for our NB-IoT SOC and related solutions. You will be responsible for working directly with the sales organizations and being the initial point of contact for the sales organization.

Other key responsibilities include: Defining marketing strategy for XINYI, determining end user engagement priorities and approach given current and future solution offering, TAM/SAM analysis, market segmentation, competitive analysis, establishing and nourishing key partners, influencing software and hardware roadmaps, evangelizing solutions and products internally and externally, collaborating across teams to align on architecture and strategy, sales enablement and the development and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) plans.

Qualifications:

 Maters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related; MBA preferred.

 5~10 years of experience in semiconductor or communication areas with demonstrated experience either as a product manager

 4+ strong project/program management skills

 Excellent presentation and writing skills with experience in speaking at industry events and meetings with customers

 Demonstrated capability to think strategically and outside the box to influence CTO and Head of operation

 Be available to travel

 Be good at English

 Knowledge of IoT Industrial customers, markets, trends, competitors, solution providers and other partners
