Job Purpose/ principal responsibilities


1. Responsible for the new mortar research & development
2. Responsible for the improvement of existing formula, and continually improve production technology.
3. Assist quality manager for mortar quality control, product inspection.
Job Description/ specific duties


1. New mortar product development and its implementation
2. Complete scheduled working plan; write down all kinds of working factors on time, draft product instruction and research report.
3. Continually improve the existing product formula and technology.
4. Drafting the new mortar product formula, technical specification.
5. Training on mortar product and technology
6. Establish, maintain and improve the mortar production line quality management system.
7. Organize the mortar raw materials and product quality control
8. Annual inspection for instruments of mortar Lab.
9. Daily check for the mortar product performance test.
10. Handle problems from mortar production process and application, assist sales for the sales service.
11. Other task assigned by the superior.
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree


Related Working Experiences (Years):


1. 5 years mortar development experience
2. Familiar with mortar quality management and technical knowledge
3. Ability of new mortar product research & development
4. Has knowledge on basic requirement of mortar raw materials.
5. Ability of mortar formula create and improvement, long sighted on mortar development
6. Has experience on mortar performance test
7. Substantial experience on mortar quality and laboratory management


Particular Skills:


Good ability of judgment & decision-making,
Good communication skills,
Good command of both written and spoken English;
Good customer service ability
