The holder of this position will take the role in master schedule whether in production capacity planning or material delivery. Also he or/ she is the leader to coach his team for professional and efficient output regarding on-time delivery in goods and materials, to meet with the customers requirement. 此岗位候选人将承担涉及产能规划、产品物料交付等主生产计划的规划与实施等工作内容，同时，他应该指导并带领他的工作团队出色高效地完成包括物料、产品的及时交付等工作，以达到客户要求。


Duties and Responsibilities 职能职责:
1.Responsible for planning, organizing and managing all the activities of production planning, raw materials and finish goods store and shipping. Overall inventory control management.
负责规划、组织、管理所有生产计划，原材料、成品储存运输，库存控制等方面的工作。
2.Oversee and monitor the systems and practices in the process of production planning, scheduling, and material planning and order fulfilment.
监督并及时反馈生产计划、物料计划、订单执行等系统流程以及相关活动的实施与运行。
3.Analyze material shortages and work with suppliers for speedy recovery plans including on-time delivery, supplier-managed inventory, ensure all materials supply meet with plan.
分析物料短缺原因，与供应商一起及时解决包括交货及时率、供应商库存控制、短缺物料的弥补等方面的问题，以保证物料供应与计划保持一致。
4.Supervise the procurement activities including supplier delivery performing, determining root cause and recommending corrective action for improvement.
监督采购相关活动的执行情况，包括供应商交货情况等；发现并解决供应商交货问题的根本原因并提出改善措施。
5.Coordinate with customer service on schedule commitment, customer special requests and shipment scheduling.
与客服部门做好关于计划交期、客户特殊要求、货运安排等相关的沟通工作。
6.Maintain a running stock of standard usage and special materials to meet the operating needs of the business.
确保工厂保持一定的特殊物料的流动库存以满足生产营运的需要。
7.Addresses and communicates potential risks and issues to meet customer requirements.
与客户沟通并解决一些潜在的问题和风险，以更好地满足客户要求。
8.Develop policies and procedures and guidelines for inventory management functions and assure all related activities are accomplished.
制订库存管理等相关的规章流程以确保所有相关活动的达成。
9. Keep a good relationship with the custom or related government agencies, to ensure smooth operation of import & export business.
与海关等相关政府部门保持良好的关系，以保证进出口业务的正常开展。


Educational Attainment 教育背景:
College or above in any Engineering discipline, PMC / Logistic Management, IE or related disciplines.大专及其以上学历，PMC、物料、工业工程等相关工程专业优先

Work Experience 工作经验:
At least 5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment and with at least 2 years at supervisorial level.至少5年以上生产制造型企业工作经验，2年以上管理层工作经验

Knowledge and Skills 知识技能：
Fluent in English speaking and writing and strong capability in analyzing, organizing and planning.英语听说读写熟练，有极强的分析、组织、规划能力
Proficiency in ERP system is required (MRP / SAP/ ISO) is preferred. 熟悉ERP等相关系统
Good communication skills and presentation skills 良好的沟通和演讲展示能力
Forward thinker and a team player 具有前瞻性的思维，注重团队合作
Ability to effectively coordinate across functional activities 跨部门协调合作的能力
