Job Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement sales strategies to develop market, channels and customers in China

? Collect and analyze the marketing and competition information for decision making. Provide forecast and information on market conditions and competitive situations.

? Visit and develop customers; grow up new business opportunities from the customers

? Initialize the new customer searching activity and enlarge the market share;

? Communicate with the staff of each sales office and agent to get sales policy circulated, supervise and train the sales team and agent;

? Respond quickly to the information collected from competitors

Qualifications:

Education:

? College degree or above, major in business/marketing or chemical. Overseas educational experience is preferred.

Experience:

? About 10+ years of working experience, in Sales and Marketing functions in multi-national company

Knowledge:

? Strong understanding of chemical industry and manufacturing corporation

? knowledge of packaging industry

Ability / Skill:

? Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese.

? Have strong interest for packaging industry and understand the specific environment of our customers;

? Positive client- service attitude.

? Marketing analysis and strategy making ability

? Strong presentation skills.

? Good disposition.

? Good organizational skills.

? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

? Detail-oriented.

办公室上班时间：周一至周五，8:30——17:00。
