岗位职责： 

1.协助部门负责人完善和搭建公司数据安全及合规管理架构、公司数据保护工

作和管理机制,以及公司内部数据安全及合规管控流程并起草相关文件文档； 

2.搜集、整理与数据安全、个人信息保护等领域有关的法律、法规、行业政策

等信息，评估公司相关经营管理制度、流程、方案及计划中与数据安全等相关

事项的法律合规性；为业务部门提供数据合规咨询和解决方案； 

3.根据大数据行业及公司业务新发展、监管环境新变化，开展研究工作，包括

但不限于行业研究、专题研究，提升公司数据安全和合规管理能力； 

4.负责公司内外部数据流通的审核工作，优化数据安全及合规审核工作标准，

制定相关标准格式文本及审查流程； 

5.组织开展公司业务所涉及数据安全及合规检查和监督管理工作，梳理公司业

务中潜在的数据安全及合规风险点；参与数据安全事件处理。6.组织开展公司

数据安全及合规培训与宣贯，参与支撑对外数据安全及合规交流工作。 

任职要求： 

1．法律、金融等相关专业，全日制本科以上学历，具备扎实的法律理论，并具

有数据安全及合规相关实践经验。 

2．3年以上金融机构、互联网金融行业、大数据行业等领域相关数据合规管理

工作经验优先考虑； 

3.具备较强的团队协作能力、团队合作精神和敬业精神，具备较高的文字水平

和沟通能力，具备良好的职业素质、职业操守和高度责任心。
