职位描述
Responsibility
1. Responsible for automobile safety system module design and development.
负责汽车安全系统模块设计与开发。
2. Responsible for new product mechanical design for automobile safety Electrical control system.
负责新产品汽车安全电控系统的机械设计。
3. Having experience with oversea OEM customer project, work with foreign engineering specialist as a team;
有和海外的OEM客户项目合作的经验,能和国外专家一同进行设计开发工作;
4. Provide technical support to suppliers;
向供应商提供技术支持;
5. Review supplier product processing and manufacturing process;
审查供应商产品的加工和制造工艺流程是否符合要求;
6. Cooperation with other design functional groups.
与其他研发团队进行合作开发;
7. Working with outside mechanical component vendors to ensure the compliance with the design requirements.
按照公司技术要求与优秀的机械零组件厂商合作，以确保其产品符合设计要求以及技术标准。
8. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policy including interviewing, hiring and training employees.
根据公司相关要求和政策开展职责相关的其他活动，包括面试,招聘和培训员工。
Requirements:
1. Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;

2. Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skill;

Education and skill requirements:
1. 4-year mechanical or automobile engineering degree.
本科以上学历,机械或汽车工程学士学位获得者;
2. 5 years management experience at least.
至少5年以上管理经验。
3. At least 8 years working experience of mechanical design.
至少8年及以上机械设计工作经验;
4. Proficient in using CATIA_V5 or UG to build 3d model and 2d drawing.
熟练使用CATIA_V5或UG建立三维模型和二维绘图。
5. Strong Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance calculation.
熟练运用GD＆T，公差计算进行工作;
6. Good knowledge in the application of FEMA tool;
能熟练使用FEMA工具;
7. Basic analysis knowledge using CAE tools ;
基本能用CAE进行分析工作;
8. Familiar with plastics injection molding and aluminum die casting process;
熟悉塑料注塑和铝压铸模工艺;
9. Excellent English Skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
优秀的英语听，说，读，写能力
10. Ability to work well in national and international teams.
能很好的在国际,国內研发团队中进行工作。
