Responsibilities:

1. Applies total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes within each department. Also applies Book of Knowledge from ASQ.

运用质量管理工具和方法在部门间分析及报告进程。同时会运用ASQ手册的相关知识。

2. Interfaces with Six Sigma.

接口6 Sigma的工作。

3. Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.

开发及创建针对于检验、测试和评估的标准及方法。

4. Monitors and enforces quality system.

监督及加强质量体系。

5. Gathers data and performs problem solving to control and improve the quality of the production processes.

收集数据并解决相关问题以控制和改进生产工艺质量。

6. Develops and maintains control plans and operator instructions.

开发及维护控制计划和操作工指导说明。

7. Participates and documents problem solving activities related to quality.

参与并制作质量相关的问题处理文档工作。

8. Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recoding, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.

设计抽样步骤流程，并针对记录、评估、报告质量和可靠数据进行设计和开发相关表格及指导说明。

9. Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.

建立相关程序以评估生产设备及检测、方法、分析设备及工具的精确性和准确性。

10. Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material, and devises methods to assess responsibility.

针对不适宜材料的配置进行相关方法和程序的开发和实行，设计方法以确定责任。

11. Directs worker engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.

指导工人参与测试和检测产品，将物料、产品或工艺质量和可靠度等数据列表。

12. Interfaces with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, customer, or vendors to coordinate and resolve quality-related problems.

了解采购、工程、制造、客户或与合作和处理相关质量问题的供应商。

13. Provides computerized status report describing progress and concerns related to inspection, activities, nonconforming items, and/or other items related to the quality of the process, material, or product.

提供电子版进程状况报告，关注相关检验、活动、非一致性项目，以及/或其它有关质量的工艺、物料或产品。

14. Complies and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.

撰写培训材料并指导在质量控制活动方面的培训。

15. Maintains a working knowledge of the latest codes and new developments in testing and examination methods of processes, materials, and products.

Education and skill requirements:

1.Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering with two years related experience.

电子工程相关专业本科以上学历，2年相关工作经验;

2.Knowledge of automotive quality system TS16949

了解TS16949汽车质量体系;

3.Excellent team work spirit & communication ability.

优秀的团队工作精神及沟通能力;

4.Rich skill in 5 tools of APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & MSA.

拥有APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & MSA五大工具技能;

5.To have ASQ & CQE certificate is preferred.

具备ASQ和CQE证书者优先。

6.At least 1 years+ experience in automotive or electronics.

1年以上汽车电子行业或者电子制造行业经验;

7.Fluent English both in writing and speaking is a must
