• Developed and implemented procedures and methods for streamlining the production process.
• Worked on ISO 9001 certification process.
• Provided Engineering support to in-process and final inspection.
• Performed root cause and failure analysis on customer returned displays to eliminate existing quality problems.
• Prepared yield/quality data and distributed monthly quality report to customers.
• Conducted New Product Introduction (NPI) meetings.
• Coordinated and supervised display assemblies redesign projects and completed within the planned time.
• Reduced manufacturing costs by designing display repair fixtures.
• Responsible for wafers outgoing quality inspection, calibration and packaging.
• Setup and developed outgoing TAKATA Quality Assurance standards and procedures.
• Trained and supervised Quality Inspectors.
• Ensures work cell compliance to applicable quality procedures for relevant regulatory standards.
• Participated in DFM meetings with customers.
• Worked on Control Plans and Process FMEA.
• Reviewed and approved PPAPS.
• Prepared data and participated in Supplier QBR. Provided Quarterly Score Card to suppliers.
• Participated in selection, evaluation and qualification of suppliers.
• Supported SUN SPARC Enterprise Servers - Maramba (T5140/T5240), Huron (T5120/T5220) & Olympus (M4000/M5000).
• Worked with various Site Leadership Teams to establish Quality plans, procedures and implementation of Corrective & Preventive actions.
• Consolidated quality data from and presented monthly and weekly reports to customer for SUN products

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation
Min 3 years working expereince as a manufacturing engineer, preferred in automotive, ship building, industrial automation industry, etc
Good experience of designing the manufacturing equipment , tools and automation of assembly process
Good command of English (both written and verbal)
Be familiar with mechanical design software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ProE
Good understanding for the manufacturing process
Excellent communication skill internally and externally
General understanding for the supply chain management
General understanding for the semiconductor fabricating equipment
General managerial skills with blanced characteristic for the team work
