一、工作职责：
1、前台工作：
1）客人来访接待、电话转接
2）新建、快递、传真、工资单、贺卡、福利礼券等收发工作
3）名片、机票、火车票订购、宾馆预订等
2、办公文具、礼品、消耗品、日常用品管理
3、考勤统计
4、主管交办的其余行政工作
二、任职要求：
1、大专学历、行政或文科类专业
2、形象气质佳。良好的待人接物能力、优秀的沟通能力
3、责任心强，工作细心、熟悉办公软件操作。有经验者优先考虑。
