Job Summary:
To ensure both our internal and external customers are being provided with the highest level of customer services in responding to all customer requirement.

Responsibilities:
Equipment sales:
Provide accurate order entry into ERP system to ensure correct, efficient and speedy information flow process.
Parts and service sales:
Handle inquiry and prepare quotation.
Maintain and update quotation data files.
Parts and service contract draft issue and review.
Sales coordination and follow up:
Coordinate with related sales reps and other departments to ensure everything is in compliance with the committed production, delivery and shipment schedule.
Work closely with other departments and customer on payment chase, to ensure a high level of quality customer services.
Proper filing for internal document and/or working report.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in English/Mechanical/International Trade/computer science
Must have minimum 1-3 years of mechanical or related field experiences
ERP system experience is required (SAP preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and self-starter, good team player
Good command of English and MS office

Additionally, Carrier has licensees in India, Japan and Sweden who capably serve users worldwide, as well as formal representation in Korea and Taiwan.
