| Primary Job Responsibilities | 1. Engage with eBay Korea deeply to fully integrate into local business and strategic analysis.
2. Work closely with local Sales / Marketing / Finance teams to figure out business strategy for eBay Korea.
3. Travel to Korea to enhance local presence.
4. Lead analytical / strategic projects from business and engagement perspective internally and externally.
5. Communicate and travel globally, apply standard methodology and measurement to eBay Korea.
6. Coach junior team members in terms of e-commerce in Korea, communication, global best practice. |
| Job Requirements | 1. Great business sense and superior analytical skills with the ability of understanding business problems, developing innovative and practical solutions to solve complex problems, articulating and communicating to the business partners and execute on solutions.
2. Extensive experience and thorough understanding of internet marketing, web analytics, e-commerce and best practices.
3. Strong oral and written communication skills in both Korea and English.
4. Strong project management skills.
5. Ability to multi-task, handle multiple projects with demonstrated follow-through.
6. A sense of humor, personal integrity, and an appreciation for team-work.
7. Advanced degree in quantitative fields such as statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, operations research or MBA.
8. 8+ years of marketing and business analytics experience. 2+ years people management experience is a plus. |
