For our Energy Management Division in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Industrial Engineer-工业工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Production line design and improvement , including layout , work station design and head count planning

2. Draft & update SOP and conduct relevant training to operator

3. Design and management of production jigs and tools

4. SAP routing setup and maintenance

5. Daily production line supporting and troubleshooting

6. Participate 3i program actively, coordinate and support relevant improvement suggestions of production

7. Comply with QMS, EHS, IS, 5S and business compliance requirement

8. Support R&D for new production introduction

9. Support for production invest planning

10. Align with M1 global production process

11. VAM related productivity improvement project

12. Supporting relevant function for defect analysis

13. Participation and supporting supplier audits arranged by purchasing

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Basic knowledge of MV products;

2. Knowledge of processing and assembly;

3. Familiar with LEAN methodology;

4. Customer Orientation;

5. Aware project management process/production and quality methods

6. English language skill

What else do I need to know?

5 years manufacturing engineering experience , meanwhile 2 years MV switchgear production or related experience;
